Staying fit is important to stay healthy! Cardiovascular exercise is necessary to keep you heart healthy and strength trainging will help keep your bones healthy and muscles. Both are needed to lose weight. Flexibility training is important to be able to stay flexible as you get older.

Many people enjoy exercising in gyms, but many, like myself - don't. Some people can't get to a gym for other reasons, location, work hours, etc. Lots of exercise equipment is affordable and can be used at home.

In the coming months this site will cover all the above topics! I haven't had much time to work on this site but hopefully this fall or winter I will have the time.
